Dr Rasheed finished his psychiatric training at Bergen Regional Medical Center  He joined Clinical Psychiatry Consultants 10 years ago and is affiliated with Holy Name Hospital, Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital as well as St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. Dr. Rasheed is dedicated to maintaining a strong patient-physician relationship.

Dr. Robinson is a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of psychiatric-mental health experience. She completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University, and her Masters and Doctorate degrees at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She has served a Nursing Leader in psychiatry and has practiced throughout northern New Jersey. Doctor Robinson currently serves as a faculty at Rutgers The State University of New Jersey School of Nursing – Advanced Practice Division. She is actively involved in clinical scholarship and uses Evidenced Based Practice to provide patient centered, population specific, and trauma informed care. Dr. Robinson is compassionate about her work in mental health and brings much expertise and value to our practice.

Dr. Ferhana Nadeem is a psychiatrist who completed her residency from Bergen Regional Medical Center. She has worked with patients of all ages, however specializes in the adult and geriatric population. Dr. Nadeem has an extensive research background and has been featured in numerous journal publications. Her research focus has ranged from suicidal behavior, posttraumatic stress, bipolar spectrum disorder and medical and psychiatric comorbidities among the elderly. Dr. Nadeem has conducted individual and group therapy for our patients at Garden State Counseling Center in Wayne.

Dorothy Alexander is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Consulting Hypnotherapist. Dorothy was graduated from NYU with a Masters of Social Work. She earned her BA from Montclair State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology. She received her Hypnotherapy training at the Academy of Professional Hypnosis. Dorothy continues to conduct group and individual therapy while working as a psychotherapist at Garden State Counseling in Wayne. Hypnosis is part of the therapeutic toolbox available to all clients, as is support from the clinical team of a psychiatrist and and APN for medication management.

Diane Vollenweider is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice for over eighteen years. She has worked with individuals of all ages ranging from young children to the geriatric population. Her specialty is Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Psychodynamic therapy. Her vast career has included working in a group home counseling residents with schizophrenia, where she was responsible for case management duties. She also worked as a therapist for Wayne Counseling Center, counseling adults suffering from anxiety and depression. For the last five years Diane has been with us at Garden State Counseling Center, treating patients coping with addiction, depression, anxiety and ADHD. Diane runs support groups for patients in substance abuse recovery as well as providing individual and marital therapy. Diane also currently works as a social worker at Preakness Healthcare Center counseling residents and their families as they adjust to living in a nursing home facility.

Patricia manages every aspect of CPC and GSC operations including provider credentialing/schedules, billing, claims and patient coverage. Patricia strives hard to make sure our offices run smoothly and efficiently to ensure our patient’s diverse needs are met. She epitomizes Dedication, Loyalty and Professionalism.

Tuba manages most front desk duties including greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling & interacting with pharmacies. In addition Tuba perform numerous other tasks that are too many to mention. Tuba shows great reliability, maturity and strong work ethic.

Gitta manages filing, answering phones, greeting patients and anything else that needs to be done. Gitta has a naturally soft and sweet personality that instantly puts patients and providers at ease. Gitta shows great work ethic and dependability.
